Labour and Employment Tips for General Counsel

Rob Hyndman, who I have linked to often, maintains an excellent blog called robhyndman.com and has invited me to weigh in with some observations on how to reduce the risks of employment disputes at his post entitled 10 HR Tips for General Counsel.  I'll definitely take Rob up on this, but I'm off to a hearing today and (as part of my personal risk-reduction strategy), I had better focus on that for the moment.  But I will follow up shortly on this important subject.
