Corporate Blogging Policies - The Buzz Continues

I was interviewed yesterday about what employers are doing to deal, from an employment law perspective, with the growing number of employee blogs.  I see that Geoffrey G. Gussis at InhouseBlog - News for Inhouse Lawyers has a post entitled Drafting Blogging Policies that says many of the things that I said to the reporter, including:

There has been a dramatic shift in news and opinion reporting to an online format and employees who never considered being an author in the past are now publishing on line in droves.  Thus, while web publishing issues have been with us for some time, companies will now increasingly face the myriad of issues that are raised by employee blogging.
