The Globe and Mail Reports that federal bureaucrats are pitching the government to adopt flexible work arrangements to Help older workers keep working. According to the article:
"As one part of a four-pillared "Framework for Action for Older Workers," the policy papers urge Ottawa to "provide more flexible work to retirement transitions by removing the structural and financial disincentives to continue working."
