There's a new website (to me at least) called Thinking Outside the Box which dubs itself as being:
... for anyone who wants to support employment for persons with disabilities. It is for employers, job seekers, employees, and union representatives looking for information about making workplaces more accessible and inclusive. The site was created in Ontario, but the principles apply across Canada.
The site sets out some general information, but, like any information gathered on the Internet, including on this blog, get advice about the specific situation before taking any action. One size does not fit all and you'll act at your peril, especially in accommodation cases, if you hold a different view.
